We wrapped up our irrigation season with an all-team meeting that also included preparations for snow removal and winter work. The day began with a team breakfast at the shop, featuring our much-loved venison bacon—always a hit! This was our third consecutive month hosting a team breakfast, and we announced that we’ll continue this tradition at least once a month moving forward.
These breakfasts aren’t just about great food—they’re a chance to connect as a team, share updates, and foster the strong culture that defines our workplace.
